A Nigerian man identified as Godwin Onwuneme Udu was arrested at Haatso, Ghana on July 19, for allegedly hacking into a bank’s electronic mail and stealing  GH¢25,000. The deputy director in-charge of the Unit, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Eugene Nyavor, said the management of the bank (name withheld) arrested and handed over Godwin to the police.

Congolese musician Koffi Olomide was arrested this morning at his home in an upmarket neighbourhood of Kinshasa, DRC, following a court order. 22-year-old woman was stabbed to death by her jilted lover inside their rented apartment on Monday, July 25, at Kahawa Wendani Estate in Kiambu County, Kenya. The victim, Edinas Nyainda, was stabbed several times with a knife by her 30-year-old lover, identified as Maxwell Okoth.
