THINGS TO DO BEFORE YOU TURN 30

12 VITAL SKILLS YOU MUST MASTER BEFORE YOU TURN 30

BY: STEPHEN MICHAEL
1. The skill of casting and running a corporate vision
2. The skill of communication and public speaking
3. The skill of leadership and strategic management
4. The skill of networking and building purposeful relationships
5. The art of love making... yes, you need it more than you may even acknowledge.
6. The skill of marketing and selling anything
7. The skill of creating value and making residual income with systems
8. Decision making skills. This should have been number one.
9. The skill of parenting, coaching or mentoring
10. The skill of managing and handling conflicts
11. The skill of effective time management
12. The skill of lean start up- the ability to start small and grow into something big.

11 RUTHLESSLY FATAL MISTAKES YOU SHOULDN'T EVEN DREAM TO MAKE
1. Never marry someone who has never demonstrated his/her commitment to your personal success and support for your gifts and talents.
2. Never cajole or dismiss the existence of God on the basis that the character of other human beings you know (or have heard of) makes you think so. God need not no man's character to prove His existence.
3. Never settle down for less than you worth... Never ever settle down with anything less than your truest desires and dreams.
4. Never go wrong with things. Things will always go wrong but don't go wrong with things.
5. Never put your trust in mortal man. It's foolishness to do so.
6. Never be a parasite. Give before you take.
7. Never fall in love. Stand in it.
8. Never sell your soul. Nothing is worth the price.
9. Never die for nothing and never live for trivia things.
10. Never sell your time and relationships for money, it's just not worth it.
11. Never bite the finger that fed you. Gratitude is the gateway to bigger.

7 DECISIONS THAT COULD TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE BEFORE YOU TURN 30
1. Leave your parents house as early as you can. At most 24 years. Experience the world for yourself and get some sense of entitlement (esp. for men).
2. Serve your local church and use your gifts to make impacts. Start building a platform from your local church.
3. Buy more books than clothes. Read, study, learn, and educate yourself in wisdom. Listen to tapes. Watch inspirational videos.
4. Dress to reflect your dreams and vision. Dress like the successful people in your industry. Dress for success. Dress like a prospect.
5. Get a mentor.
6. Volunteer to mentor others.
7. Build or join a mastermind group. A group of people who share ideas and solve problems together.
